Who we are

MaggyFinds is operated by Maggy Finds LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("MaggyFinds," "we," "us"). MaggyFinds is a search engine for pre-owned consumer goods. The service has not yet publicly launched; this website is currently an informational page with an optional early-access waitlist.

Information we collect today

Waitlist email address - if you choose to join our early-access list, the email address you submit is processed and stored by our form provider, Formspree, Inc. (United States), and used solely to notify you about MaggyFinds availability and launch updates. We retain waitlist emails only until launch notification or your removal request, whichever comes first.
Standard technical data - our website is served through Cloudflare, Inc., which processes standard connection data (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver and secure the site, and provides us aggregate, privacy-preserving traffic analytics.

We do not require accounts, we do not collect payment information, and we do not sell or rent personal information. Ever.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies of our own on this pre-launch site. Our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security purposes.

When we launch

MaggyFinds will display product listings from partner marketplaces and participate in affiliate advertising programs, including the eBay Partner Network. When you click a listing link after launch, affiliate tracking technologies (such as tracking parameters and cookies set by the partner marketplace) will be used to attribute purchases, as disclosed alongside our results. We will update this policy before those features go live and note the changes here.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You may request removal of your email from the waitlist at any time by contacting us at hello@maggyfinds.com.

Changes

We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
